The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Pierced Jewellery

Returns and exchange details

All custom work is not eligible for returns or exchanges. All our jewellery is made to the highest standard and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us so we can offer you a solution. Pierced jewellery is not eligible for return unless defective. Please be sure of your gauge size before ordering to avoid disappointment! Gauge sizes are listed under product descriptions. Ready to ship items can be returned for a full refund or store credit (unless it is a pierced piece of jewellery), your choice. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt to initiate the return. It must be returned in the same unused, unworn condition it was sent out in.

Please allow up to two weeks for us to pour some love into your into your new jewellery as many items are made to order.

Arrives in a Burning Rose Jewellery co gift box tied with blue ribbon, ready for gift giving. The invoice is not included in the parcel, however the note will be addressed to you. If you would like a gift message, please get in touch at time of purchase. 

All domestic orders orders are shipped via Australia Post Express. International (outside of Australia) will be shipped via Standard Australia Post International which will take aproximately 10-20 days.

Please bear in mind that due to the pandamic there may be delays, which I unfortunately have no control over. You will recieve tracking information for your package so you can track it's progress to you.  

You, the buyer, are responsible for all customs, duties and import fees.

If the item is undeliverable to the address provided and we are not able to contact you to confirm your address, the item will be shipped back to us. We can re-send the item but shipping must be paid for again.
