All custom work is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Pierced jewellery is not eligible for return unless defective. Please be sure of your gauge size before ordering to avoid disappointment! Gauge sizes are listed under product descriptions.

This item is made to order and will take up to two weeks to create. 

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express. International (outside of Australia) will be shipped via Standard Australia Post International which will take approximately 10-20 days.

Please contact me with your address if you would like to upgrade shipping. I'll be happy to upgrade it to a faster option for you. This does not affect the time it takes to create your piece of jewellery. 

Please bear in mind that due to the pandemic there may be delays, which I unfortunately have no control over. You will receive tracking information for your package so you can track its progress to you.  

You, the buyer, are responsible for all customs, duties and import fees.

If the item is undeliverable to the address provided and we are not able to contact you to confirm your address, the item will be shipped back to us. We can re-send the item but shipping must be paid for again.
